Rodong Sinmun Tuesday in a commentary says that this is a revelation of a criminal intention to ignite a war of aggression against the DPRK at any cost in collusion with outsiders and it is an open military provocation to the DPRK and an intolerable treacherous act to plunge the nation into nuclear holocaust.

Cooperation with outsiders and confrontation with the fellow countrymen are as foolish as precipitating self-destruction, the commentary notes, and goes on:

The south Korean authorities should bear in mind that their reckless act of pursuing the ambition to do harm to the fellow countrymen in hand with outsiders will bring them to the same tragic end as what was met by their predecessors.

They are faulting the measures for bolstering nuclear deterrence taken by the fellow countrymen as "provocation", far from expressing thanks for the righteous steps to check the U.S. and its followers' barbarous moves against the DPRK and defend the peace and security on the Korean peninsula.

If the south Korean authorities are truly interested in peace of the country and dialogue, they should not toe the outsiders' aggression war moves but try to clear the sky of the Korean peninsula of dark clouds of war and defend the destiny of the nation by pooling its efforts from the stand of national independence.
