Japan's Announcement of "Guideline for Existence" Assailed

Pyongyang, July 14 (KCNA) -- The Japanese authorities announced the "guideline for existence" to cope with the "threats" from someone and they are busy informing inhabitants of the way for emergency evacuation. The "guideline for existence" is reportedly the first government guideline which is informing inhabitants of the way to survive in the first "enemy's attack" after the Second World War. The essence is to inform citizens of the way to survive when a missile would be launched toward Japan from the DPRK. More than 40 TVs and 70 newspapers were set in motion to advertise the "guideline for existence".

Rodong Sinmun Friday in a commentary terms this a hysteric action beyond normal way of thinking.

The commentary goes on:

Independence, peace and friendship are the DPRK's tenets of foreign policy. The DPRK's test-fires of new strategic weapons to cope with the ever-more escalating U.S. military threats and blackmail and moves to ignite a nuclear war are to defend permanent peace and stability in the region.

However, the Japanese authorities frighten Japanese people as if a war would break out at once, talking about the first "enemy's attack" after the Second World War and groundless "threats" from the DPRK.

Their ulterior intention is to deliberately incite horror and hostility toward the DPRK and create an atmosphere favorable for the revival of militarism.

Explicitly speaking again, the urgent task for Japan is to give up the ambition for reinvasion and sincerely liquidate the past crimes against the Koreans and other people.

This is the genuine guideline for existence of Japan to live as a normal state.
