The diplomas were conveyed to the DPRK ambassador to Peru by the director general and editor-in-chief of the Callao.

Written in the diplomas are letters reading that they are presented to the great leaders who brightly showed the road ahead of humankind by founding the Juche idea and reliably defended the country's sovereignty and dignity from all sorts of challenges of the imperialists and to the Supreme Leader who is advancing the socialist cause to victory, true to the idea and cause of the preceding leaders.
