The drama, produced by the National Theatrical Troupe, makes a vivid artistic depiction of the indomitable mental power and the working spirit of the working class at the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex who rounded off the Juche iron production system in the do-or-die spirit and by dint of self-reliance and self-development to uphold the Party's leadership with increased iron production.

Among the audience were officials and people from all walks of life, and youth and students in the province.
