The letter said that the conferment of the title of DPRK Marshal upon Kim Jong Un was the brilliant realization of the unanimous will and wishes of the Korean nation and a national historic event that provided a sure guarantee for glorifying the socialist country forever.

The respected Marshal made sure that a steady continuity was given to the revolutionary history of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, the letter said, adding that he has further developed Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism into the guiding ideology of the DPRK and brought about a fresh victory of the Songun revolution.

He has reliably defended the dignity and sovereignty of the country and the nation and brought into a brilliant reality the great Generalissimos' desire of building a powerful country and thus turned the socialist country into a paradise full of the people's happiness, the letter added.

The great success in the test-fire of ICBM Hwasong-14, in particular, was a great victory won by the patriotic devotion of respected Marshal and his iron gut and pluck, the letter said, stressing that it was a great national event which terminated the U.S. imperialists' ceaseless nuclear blackmail and threat and guaranteed the eternal future of Kim Il Sung's nation.

The letter said that the officials of the General Association of Koreans in China and all other Koreans in China would uphold the leadership of the respected Marshal only in single mind without the slightest vacillation despite whatever change in the situation.
