The Universal Postal Union conferred the service quality improvement prize on the DPRK in appreciation of its mail service work going well in rural areas and the World Intellectual Property Organization an inventor medal on scientists of the DPRK State Academy of Sciences who succeeded in developing the natural biological activator, an organic fertilizer made with vegetable materials.
