Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- The statement issued by a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry over the successful test-launch of intercontinental ballistic rocket Hwasong-14, final gate to rounding off the national nuclear force, was distributed as an official document A/71/977-S/2017/589 of the UN General Assembly and the UNSC on July 17.
