Pusan City of S. Korea Seriously Polluted by U.S. Troops

Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- Pusanjin District, Pusan City of south Korea where the U.S. imperialist aggressor troops were stationed has been seriously polluted, according to the south Korean paper Hangyore on July 18.

According to the findings of survey conducted by the south Korean authorities and the U.S. imperialist aggression forces in 2006, half of the area was seriously contaminated by 13 fuel oil and heavy metal substances surpassing the tolerance limit.

In 2011, 8 more poisonous substances excelling the tolerance limit were found in the area.
