Present at the ceremony were officials concerned and camping groups of children from the DPRK, Russia, Indonesia and China and a camping group of overseas Korean children.

 The participants laid floral baskets and bouquets at the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il at the camp.

 A congratulatory speech and a report were made at the ceremony.

The speakers warmly welcomed the campers, hoping that they would spend pleasant and memorable days in good health.

They expressed belief that those schoolchildren from different countries would deepen their friendship, dreaming a peaceful and beautiful world, during the camping.
