Korean Peasants Celebrate War Victory Day

| Samjiyon, July 25 (KCNA) -- Officials of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea and agricultural workers gave an art performance at the Samjiyon County Hall of Culture on Tuesday to celebrate the 64th anniversary of the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War. Put on the stage were colorful numbers including chorus "Long Live Generalissimo Kim Il Sung" and "July 27 March" and male chorus "We Have Won" and female solo "Thinking of Journeys for Songun Leadership". Performers sang high praises of President Kim Il Sung's feats for the victory in the war and the Songun revolutionary exploits of leader Kim Jong Il. They impressively represented the heroic merits of the Korean army and people who defended every inch of the country at the cost of their blood during the war. |
