The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Nigerian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the Nigerian Group for the Study of the Juche Philosophy and the Nigerian Group for Self-Reliance Studies said this in a joint statement on July 17.

The statement went on:

The U.S. ignited a war of aggression against the just two-year old DPRK, but it knelt down before the heroic Korean people after signing the Armistice Agreement.

The DPRK, possessor of nukes and satellite manufacturer and launcher, recently succeeded in the ICBM test-fire, passing through the final gateway to rounding off the state nuclear force.

The U.S. should properly see the strategic position of the DPRK, withdraw the hostile policy toward it, uproot the nuclear threats and hand off the Korean peninsula.

We express full support and solidarity for the struggle of the Korean people for building a socialist power and independently reunifying the country.
