In July alone, servicepersons and officials of the Foreign Ministry, working people of the Pyongyang Thermal Power Complex and the Pyongyang Municipal People's Hospital No. 3, youth and students of Kim Chaek University of Technology and Pyongyang University of Mechanical Engineering and employees of many other units visited the cemetery to pay homage to the martyrs.

The visitors went round the monument to the teachings given by President Kim Il Sung, monument to the poem dedicated to the war martyrs and sculptures at the cemetery.
