In this regard, Rodong Sinmun in a commentary Saturday says his reckless remarks show that they are going to stand against the DPRK, pursuant to the U.S. hostile policy and strategy for aggression on it.

The commentary goes on:

It is ridiculous for Song Yong Mu, no more than a puppet of the U.S., to make such remarks with the backing of his American master.

The south Korean warmongers should properly see the American master upset by the tough measures taken by the DPRK.

The trigger-happy forces should be mindful that if they persist in playing to the tune of the U.S., failing to properly understand the strategic position and tremendous might of the DPRK, a nuclear and rocket power of the world, they would face inescapable disaster.

The DPRK hopes for detente and peace on the Korean peninsula, but it will not pardon those who bring disaster to the nation, going against the DPRK's will in conspiracy with foreign forces, no matter who they are.

If the puppet warmongers opt for a military provocation, keen on invasion of the north in disregard of its repeated advice and warning, they will not be able to escape their final doom.
