The Association for the Study of the Juche Idea in Lvov, Ukraine said this in a statement on July 9.

The statement went on:

We extend sincere congratulations to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and all the Korean people as regards the successful test-launch of ICBM Hwasong-14.

This noteworthy event opened up the new chapter in the history of the DPRK.

The perfect success of ICBM Hwasong-14 showed the imperialists that the DPRK is able to strike any strongholds of aggression as it wishes.

It is the full-fledged right of the DPRK to bolster up the nuclear deterrence for self-defence as it is defending and advancing socialism against the moves of the imperialists.

We hope that the Korean people will achieve new successes in the drive to build a socialist power.
