In particular, the department found out solutions to some problems arising in the treatment of chronic gastritis and decided various effective prescriptions for its treatment.

Through the research into the anti-oxidation and immunocompetence of apian pollen, it confirmed that apian pollen is highly efficacious for many diseases like autonomic imbalance.

And it developed on its own efforts an extra-high voltage extractor for producing Koryo medicines, which is expected to be conducive to putting the Koryo medicine on an extractive and nano basis.

The extractor won high appraisal at the 32nd National Sci-tech Festival held some days ago.

Meanwhile, the department brought out nearly 10 valuable reference books, including "Reference on Koryo Internal Medicine", "Cancer and Its Prevention" and "Practical Koryo Internal Medicine".
