The statement accused the ridiculous south Korean conservative dissident party coteries of going reckless while letting out anti-DPRK confrontational rhetoric, being lost to senses, at a time when the DPRK's successful second test-fire of ICBM Hwasong-14 has shocked the world to get admiration from it, and even the lamentation is heard from within the U.S.

The conservative dissident party coteries are slandering the DPRK's success in the test-fire.
