Rodong Sinmun Slams S. Korean Puppet Court's Judgment
Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- There took place the first trial over the "case of blacklisted persons of culture and arts" in south Korea.

The puppet Seoul Central District Court sentenced to light punishment seven persons responsible for the case, including Kim Ki Chun, former presidential chief of staff of Chongwadae. And it set free Jo Yun Son, former minister of the Culture, Sports and Tourism who was directly involved in the case, on the pretext of probation, claiming that "suspicion against him has not been recognized".

Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a commentary slams this as an intolerable insult to the mind-set of candlelight holders demanding the liquidation of Park Geun Hye's evils.

This is not an issue that goes unnoticed, the commentary says, and goes on:

The "case of blacklisted persons", which stunned the whole south Korean society, is a practice such vile "yusin" remnants as Kim Ki Chun conducted at the personal order and wire-pulling of traitor Park Geun Hye.

Therefore, the unjust judgment of the court gives Park, the wirepuller of the case, breathing spell. In other words, there lies a sinister intention of the puppet court to give influence upon the judgment on Park through the trial and thus hush it up.

However, the puppet court's vicious trick can not work on the south Korean people. The court should pay heed to the voices of the angry public that "it should make correct judgment before candlelight action is launched again" and "the people will opt for judicial reform".
