The south Korean authorities, much upset by the DPRK's successful second test-fire of ICBM Hwasong-14, introduced nuclear strategic bombers of the U.S. and conducted military acts of aggravating the tension on the Korean peninsula, the paper charged.

The paper stressed that THAAD is a weapon system for intercepting medium-short range missiles and it is quite impossible to intercept ICBM of the north with this system.
