Noting that they more keenly realized through epochal events in the DPRK the undying exploits HE Kim Il Sung, the founder and eternal President of the DPRK, and leader Kim Jong Il performed by laying a strong foundation for the cause of building a power, the letter said:

HE Marshal Kim Jong Un consolidated the strategic position of the DPRK in the world political arena and fully demonstrated the might of Juche Korea.

The present situation where the confrontation and conflict are festering due to the moves of big powers seeking to increase their influence and domination in various regions of the world requires holding aloft the banner of independence.

The participants of the seminar will do their bit in the struggle to build independent, united and prospering Africa and continue intensifying the study and dissemination of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.

The just cause of the DPRK and the struggle of the world revolutionary people advancing under the banner of the Juche idea are sure to win.
