The case which jolted whole south Korea is that of fascist suppression and violation of human rights unprecedented in history. The south Korean authorities put more than 8 000 progressive persons of culture and arts on the blacklist and suppressed them under the direct instruction and control of traitor Park Geun Hye.

The puppet Seoul Central District Court sentenced to light punishment seven persons responsible for the case, including Kim Ki Chun, former presidential chief of staff of Chongwadae, and Jo Yun Son, former minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, saying that "the state administration's keynote of the Park Geun Hye regime calling for removal of the leftists and aid to the rightists has not been recognized as illegality". Even it set free Jo under the pretext of probation.

The unfair decision on the top-class criminals who organized and implemented political terror shading the modern witch hunting is an intolerable mockery and wanton challenge to the mindset of the candlelight demonstrators.

Through the decision, the puppet court revealed once again its true colors as political waiting maid serving the fascist dictatorship forces, the conservative group of traitors.

The puppet judicial authorities staged illegal trials in the whole period of traitor Park Geun Hye's office.

Here are typical examples. They are the case of rebellion plot of Ri Sok Gi, a lawmaker from the former Unified Progressive Party, on the sedition charge and the case of the Intelligence Service's interference in the presidential election which gave a verdict of not guilty to the director of IS for the illogical reason that he did not involve himself in the election but intervened in politics.

After the regime change, the puppet judicial authorities continue to read the face of the conservative group of traitors, pretending to follow the mindset of the candlelight demonstrators.

Dismissing the arrest warrant for the vice-president of Samsung Electronics, accomplice of the case of influence peddling in the "state affairs" in January, and the formal decision on the culprits of the current case of blacklisted persons of culture and arts are a revelation of the sinister attempt to affect the trial of traitor Park Geun Hye to reduce her crimes and dodge heavy penalty.

The puppet court is one of the evils to be removed as it imposed heavy penalties upon the people who conducted just acts for independence, democracy and reunification and showed leniency to the rascals who committed crimes against democracy and human rights.

The puppet court should clearly see the mindset of the angry public contending that "the court should give proper decision before another candlelight action" or "the popular masses will turn out in the drive for judicial reform."
