Pyongyang, August 11 (KCNA) -- The statement, issued by a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry to clarify the historic significance and justice of the DPRK's resounding success in the second test-launch of ICBM Hwasong-14, was distributed as an official document A/71/1000-S/2017/656 of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council on August 7.
