The letter noted that the great leader HE Kim Il Sung, eternal president of the DPRK, founded the Juche idea that defines man as the master of his own destiny who has the power of carving it out and the great leader HE Kim Jong Il developed the Juche idea, the Songun idea in depth.

With this idea as their faith, the Korean people could build a power independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in defence, a political and military power, in the spirit of self-reliance and the DPRK emerged a nuclear weapons state and an ICBM possessor in the spirit of self-reliance and self-development, it said.

Thanks to the wise guidance of HE Kim Jong Un, the strategic position of the DPRK could rise to the highest level, the letter said, adding:

The DPRK's spirit of self-development rooted in the Juche idea and miraculous achievements made by dint of this spirit are greatly encouraging the world progressives aspiring after independence and peace.

We, participants in the seminar, will further give wide publicity to Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, the people-first doctrine and source of self-development.
