The International Friendship Initiative "Explore DPRK" of Poland in its statement said that the DPRK manufactured ICBM Hwasong-14 with recourse to its own resources and technology.

It noted:

The muscle of the Korean People's Army has become stronger with the possession of SLBM, nukes and ICBM.

This shows that nothing can check Juche Korea's development of defence industry.

The U.S. should face up to the reality that its whole territory is within the range of DPRK's rockets.

The Italy-DPRK Association for Friendship and Solidarity and the Italian Branch of the Korean Friendship Association noted in a joint statement:

We warmly congratulate the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people on their success in the second test-fire of ICBM Hwasong-14.

This great success of the Korean people who are upholding the guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, rallied close around him is giving great strength and courage to all the progressive peoples in the world aspiring after independence, peace and socialism against imperialism.

This also dealt a telling blow to the arrogant U.S. imperialists.
