The statement warmly congratulated the DPRK on its success in the second test-launch of ICBM to hit hard the U.S. and demonstrate the might of the strategic nuclear force before the world.

The statement went on:

The DPRK successful second test-launch of ICBM was meant to send the U.S. recklessly making bluff a warning that if it dares to provoke the DPRK, the U.S., a state of aggression, can never be safe.

The world people are struck with deep admiration for HE Kim Jong Un, the supreme leader of the Korean people, as he is demonstrating the unshakable faith and spirit of offensive by nuclear thunder of justice with which he is dealing merciless blows at the U.S. imperialists making desperate efforts to get rid of the abyss of ruin crying out for a war and the extreme sanctions against the DPRK.

We are fully confidant that the Korean people will achieve a final victory in the showdown with imperialism and the U.S. and in the building of a powerful socialist country under his wise leadership by ceaselessly bolstering up the powerful nuclear deterrent for the sovereignty of the country, the nation's right to existence and the happiness of all generations to come despite the outrageous challenges of the U.S. and its vassal forces.
