The letter said that they paid the highest tribute to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, eternal leaders of the Korean people, and extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the party, state and army of the DPRK, on the Day of Korea's Liberation and Day of Songun.

Your Excellency Kim Jong Un are being lauded by the international community as the most outstanding statesman and military strategist in the preset era as you have remarkably bolstered up the overall national strength of Songun Korea even under the gravest circumstances and reliably defended peace and security in the Korean peninsula and the world.

In the period of the current festival, we will praise HE Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il as the eternal sun of Juche and Songun and make every possible effort to further develop the festival into a regular grand political and cultural one with the honor and pride of holding in high esteem Your Excellency Kim Jong Un as the great sun of the 21st century who is guiding the global cause of independence to victory.

The letter expressed belief that thanks to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, fully identical to the preceding leaders in idea, leadership and personality, the dignity and prestige of the great Paektusan nation would be further exalted and the 21st century would shine as a century seeing the victory of the human cause of independence.
