He said:

The success in another test-launch of ICBM is a great event that demonstrated once again the will of the Workers' Party of Korea and the government of the DPRK to defend the sovereignty of the country and socialism and guarantee peace on the Korean peninsula and in the rest of the world.

This is greatly encouraging the progressives in their struggle against aggression and interference by the U.S. imperialists and their high-handed and arbitrary practices.

We highly praise President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il for building powerful socialist Korea admired by the world and glorifying it and the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un for firmly defending their ideas and cause.

We will stand firm by the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people in the future, too, in their struggle for the building of a powerful socialist country and the independent reunification of the country, smashing the U.S. moves to stifle the DPRK.
