S. Korean Organization Demands U.S. Quit Korean Peninsula
Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- The Vanguard for Unification against the U.S. in south Korea held a rally in Seoul on August 12 and demanded the U.S. quit south Korea, according to Jaju Sibo, south Korean internet newspaper.

Recalling the U.S. chief executive's recent remarks that if there breaks out a war, it will be on the Korean peninsula and he does not care even thousands die on it, the speakers said that this is intolerable.

They expressed concern about the danger of the Korean peninsula as the U.S. is sparking a war while talking about "preventive war" which spoilt south Korea and took away many human lives.

They demanded that the U.S. hold a white flag, apologize for its mistake and withdraw its forces from south Korea if it wants to save its face and maintain the country.

They also demanded the U.S. chief executive stop rhetoric and quit the Korean peninsula, while paying heed to the advice at home and abroad.

The purpose of struggle of the Vanguard is to drive the U.S. out of south Korea, they said, calling for seeing through the essential nature of the U.S. and pool efforts to defend peace on the Korean peninsula and check the deployment of THAAD.

At the end of the rally, the Vanguard thrust a letter of protest to the U.S. embassy.
