The speakers bitterly denounced the UN "sanctions resolution" cooked up by the U.S. and its hostile forces a wanton encroachment on the sovereignty of the DPRK.

They said that the army and people of the DPRK feel relieved, hearing the statement of a spokesman for the General Staff of the Korean People's Army which serves as the stronger warning signal to cope with the reckless military pressure of the U.S. imperialists and the statement of a spokesman for the Strategic Force of the KPA on the plan for mounting an enveloping strike at Guam.

They expressed their determination to increase the production in the spirit of beating back the enemies working hard to obliterate the sovereignty, the right to existence and development and thus resolutely frustrate the U.S. imperialists' harsh sanctions upon the DPRK.
