Rodong Sinmun Friday says this in a commentary. It goes on:

The south Korean authorities talked much about "dialogue" and "implementation of the north-south declarations" but their practice was quite contrary. Their call for "improved north-south relations" was little short of putting on airs.

The chief executive of south Korea seeks to stand against the DPRK in collusion with the U.S. persistently blocking the road of independent reunification after bisecting the Korean nation. His anti-national scheme was fully disclosed through "north's dismantlement of nukes" set as a target of the inter-Korean dialogue.

The nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula is a matter to be settled between the DPRK and the U.S. from A to Z as it was spawned due to the U.S. persistent nuclear threat and blackmail on the former. The south Korean authorities have neither justification nor qualification to meddle in the issue.

The south Korean chief executive's call for "sanctions and pressure accompanied by dialogue" is an unpardonable anti-reunification theory, an expression of zealously following the U.S. gangster-like moves for stifling the DPRK.

If the south Korean authorities persistently resort to sycophancy towards the U.S. and cooperation in anti-DPRK sanctions, they will make themselves more dependent on the U.S. and thus become a miserable victim of the outsiders and face a catastrophic ruin only.

They should draw a lesson from the catastrophic north-south relations inching close to critical situation.
