Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a commentary terms this brigandish theory of confusing right and wrong and sheer sophism that deserves not a passing note.

The U.S. seeks the sinister purpose of justifying its anti-DPRK action by deliberately falsifying the truth and labeling the DPRK "imposer of nuclear threat", the commentary says, and goes on:

The DPRK's test-launch of ICBM is a legitimate option for self-defense to tackle the nuclear threat from the U.S.

No one is entitled to fault the DPRK's steps to bolster up the nuclear force as it is an exercise of legitimate rights of an independent state.

The steps are not for posing a threat to the world but aimed to check the U.S. reckless moves for a nuclear war.

The U.S. should clearly understand that for the Korean army and people, the powerful war deterrent to defend the state is the precious strategic asset, which is irreversible and irreplaceable.

It is their fixed will and steadfast stand not to flinch even an inch from the road of bolstering up the nuclear force unless the U.S. hostile policy and nuclear threat are fundamentally removed.

The U.S. should bear this in mind and stop wagging its tongue recklessly.
