They designated the main purpose of "defense strategy" as the buildup of "triad strike system" including "Kill Chain" while talking about "overwhelming defense capability". But, now they assert that the "Kill Chain" is "operation conception for defense" and have decided to amend it as the "operation conception for attack" based on the "operation plan for large-scale counteraction" to strike the core facilities of the DPRK.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday in a commentary denounces this as the revelation of bellicose scheme to overcome the military inferiority and persistently fight with the DPRK.

It goes on:

Under the situation where their master U.S. is afraid of the DPRK's merciless military retaliation, the puppet military gentries no more than the U.S. bullet shields and poor war servants are crying out for the "operation conception for attack". This is a tragicomedy that makes the boiled head of a cow provoke a side-splitting laughter.

The "operation plan for large-scale counteraction" touted by the puppet forces, who are not knowing that their master U.S. is faced with a final doom, will draw the curtain as the "operation for mass self-destruction".

The puppet warmongers would be well advised to stop the foolish act of inviting the barrage of fire from the DPRK and behave prudently under the tense situation.
