S. Korean Trade Union Organizations Demand Guarantee of Right of Trade Union Movement

| Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- The Confederation of Trade Unions and the Federation of Trade Unions in south Korea held a press conference in Seoul on August 22 demanding the guarantee of the right of the trade union movement, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Jaju Sibo. Speakers demanded the authorities immediately start the procedure for ratifying core conventions of the International Labor Organization and opt for examining laws and systems that fall foul of the conventions and revising relevant laws. |
