S. Korean Authorities' Thoughtless Rhetoric about "Conditions for Dialogue" Slashed
Pyongyang, August 27 (KCNA) -- The south Korean chief executive recently availed himself of various opportunities to spout the rubbish that "the north's suspension of additional nuclear and missile provocation should be a condition for dialogue" and "significant consideration will be taken of the dispatch of a special envoy" in case the suspension is put into practice.

Like master, like man, his inferiors are speaking public of "preconditions" while talking about "denuclearization through international pressure" and stressing that "resumption of dialogue depends on the change of the north's attitude".

Rodong Sinmun Sunday in a commentary says in this regard:

Explicitly speaking, this is, in essence, nothing different from the "suspension of nuclear test, ballistic missile test-launch and provocative remarks" which the Trump group set as "three conditions" for DPRK-U.S. dialogue nor from the sophism of "the north's denuclearization first" clamored for by traitor Park Geun Hye.

The south Korean chief executive's recent remarks clearly prove the disposition and the mode of life of the present south Korean authorities which have taken over the baton of submission and servility toward the U.S. and confrontation with the fellow countrymen handed over by their predecessors.

What is more ridiculous is that the south Korean authorities are peddling even the story of "dispatch of a special envoy for the settlement of the north's nuclear issue", not content with setting it as the "conditions for dialogue" to "advance the settlement of the north's nuclear issue".

The nuclear issue is the one between the DPRK and the U.S. from every aspect and it can never see a solution as long as the U.S. hostile policy and nuclear blackmail and threat against the DPRK continue. This is well known by the world.

As had been clearly clarified, the DPRK's nuclear deterrence is not a bargaining chip to be put on a negotiating table. Particularly, such a thing as the discussion of the nuclear issue between the DPRK and the south Korean puppet forces will never happen.

The north-south dialogue will just turn out to be an outward show as long as the south Korean authorities do not adopt a proper stand toward the north-south relations.

Whether the north-south dialogue is resumed or not entirely depends on the south Korean authorities' attitude.
