National Workers Basketball Contest Held

| Pyongyang, August 28 (KCNA) -- There took place a national workers basketball contest in the field of electric power industry at the Basketball Gymnasium in Chongchun Street and the Pyongyang Indoor Stadium from Aug. 21 to 28. The contest took place, divided into the fields of power production and power managment. It brought together players of 24 organizations selected from Pyongyang and provinces. The competition took place on group league match and knock-out basis. The players displayed their technique and fair play. The team of the East Pyongyang Thermal Power Plant and the team of Kangwon Provincial Power Distribution Station won respectively. |
