S. Korean Civic Bodies Call for Building New Society

| Pyongyang, August 29 (KCNA) -- The Solidarity for Democracy, People's Life, Peaceful Reunification and Sovereignty, the Sovereignty Broadcasting and other civic organizations in south Korea formed the People's Solidarity for Sovereignty, according to the south Korean online paper Jaju Sibo. A declaration was issued at the inaugural meeting on Aug. 26. It said that the aim of the new organization is to completely accomplish the sovereignty of the people, adding that it would reject the unjust interference of foreign forces, stamp out the evil practices and carry out the great social reform as required by the people. |
