Noting that the U.S., stunned by a series of successful ICBM test-launches in the DPRK, fabricated a UN "sanctions resolution" against the DPRK by instigating its followers, Ho in his speech termed it unheard-of pressure racket to stamp out the sovereignty and rights to existence and development of the DPRK.

He appealed to all officials to turn out in the struggle to devotedly defend respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, the organizations of Chongryon and compatriots.
