It was a meaningful declaration on how the person responsible for leading the DPRK would guide the country and its people by regarding what his motto was.

The newspaper introduced in detail that Kim Jong Il had led the fierce showdown with the U.S. to victory with his distinguished Songun revolutionary leadership.

Cambodia's State Radio Broadcasting Service said that Kim Jong Il showed his iron will to guide the revolution and construction with Songun through his visit to a tank division of the Korean People's Army.
