The DPRK and Lebanon teams belonging to Group B for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup qualification will play a match at Kim Il Sung Stadium in Pyongyang on September 5.

On September 13, the second match of the inter-zone semifinals for the 2017 AFC Cup between the April 25 team of the DPRK and the Bengaluru FC of India will take pace at the May Day Stadium in Pyongyang.

And a DPRK women's team belonging to Group B of the 2017 AFC U-16 Women's Championship will play against Japanese, Australian and Bangladeshi rivals. The DPRK team won the title of the 2015 AFC U-16 Women's Championship by beating the Japanese elevens in the finals.

Meanwhile, a DPRK men's team will have a series of games with Hong Kong of China, Taipei of China, Macao of China and Brunei teams as part of preliminaries for the 2018 AFC U-16 Championship.
