Minju Joson Sunday in a commentary says in this regard:

The present DPRK-U.S. confrontation structure has fundamentally changed.

In the past period, the DPRK was unilaterally exposed to nuclear blackmail and threat by the U.S. as a non-nuclear state, but today it has tremendous capability of making nuclear attack on the U.S. mainland. The U.S. bluffing that not even a shell has been dropped in its mainland has already become a past thing.

The will of the Korean army and people to make the mainland of the U.S., not the Korean peninsula, the final and decisive battle-site, has been accepted as an established theory, not as a hypothesis.

If the U.S. makes a provocation counting on its strength, the Korean army and people would give vent to their pent-up grudge and show retaliatory will to put an end to the history of the U.S., the empire of evil.

The U.S. should clearly face up to the shining appearance of the DPRK which is growing stronger day by day and stop at once the reckless and imprudent acts of provoking the DPRK.
