The article said that Kim Jong Il, who started the Songun revolutionary leadership with his visit to the Seoul Ryu Kyong Su Guards 105th Tank Division of the Korean People's Army on Aug. 25, 1960, gave priority to the military affairs during all his revolutionary leadership.

The Russian newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda carried an article titled "Great master of independent politics," illustrated with a picture depicting President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

The article said that the most important exploit of Kim Jong Il is Songun politics.

He is the great master of independent politics peculiar in the world history of politics, it added.

The Russian newspaper Kuban Segodnya carried an article titled "Songun and Comrade Kim Jong Il" praising his Songun leadership exploits, illustrated with his photos.
