Bashar Al-Assad in his message extended the most heartfelt congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 69th founding anniversary of the DPRK on behalf of the Syrian Arab people and on his own behalf. The message wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the friendly Korean people bigger progress and prosperity.

The message affirmed that the Syrian Arab Republic will continue to boost the friendly and cooperative relations with the DPRK in the common interests of the friendly peoples of the two countries.
