Such poems were recited at the event as "My Motherland" and "Prosperous DPRK".

Listening to those poems, the participants keenly felt the revolutionary feats of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il for founding and strengthening the DPRK as well as the preciousness of the motherland.

The poems well represented the revolutionary enthusiasm of the trade union members and other workers who have devoted their patriotic zeal and wisdom to the prosperity of the socialist country, in response to the call of the Party and the leader.

Among those present at the meeting were Ju Yong Gil, chairman of the GFTUK Central Committee.
