The U.S. has not respected the south Korean authorities so far, the article says, and goes on:

To the U.S., the south Korean forces are the mere cannon fodder to meet its interests for aggression in the Korean Peninsula and Northeast Asia.

Owing to the U.S. which has sought to realize its ambition for aggression on the DPRK and domination over the world after occupying south Korea, the south Korean people have suffered untold misfortune and pain. They are compelled to undergo intolerable national contempt and insult, subject to miserable lot with their dignity and human rights trampled underfoot under the jackboots of the U.S. imperialist aggressors.

The U.S. moves for forcing the south Korean authorities to accept the deployment of THAAD are a vivid expression of the arrogant and brigandish nature of the Yankees.

It is the miserable position of the south Korean ruling forces only to become the victim of the U.S. interests and kowtow to their master who is forcing them to unconditionally accept not only the deployment of THAAD but also more dangerous things, feeling disgrace.

The history of subjugation and disgrace should be no longer allowed to last in south Korea.

The south Korean authorities should clearly see through the true colors of the U.S. and abandon their bad habit of following the aggressive outsiders as unanimously demanded by the public.
