The Ukrainian "Treasured Sword of Songun" Association for the Study of the Juche Idea said:

We warmly congratulate the DPRK on its perfect success in the test of H-bomb for ICBM that serves as a very significant occasion in attaining the final goal for completing the state nuclear force.

The DPRK demonstrated its strategic position once again under the wise guidance of Comrade Kim Jong Un, the great successor to the Songun revolutionary idea of Comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The U.S. should recognize the strength of the DPRK possessed of H-bomb, the might of the Songun politics and the line of simultaneously developing the two fronts, and renounce its hostile policy.

The Russian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK and the Regional Social Organization of Russia "Borozino" in their statements said that the DPRK gave a counterattack to the war policy of the U.S.-led hostile forces this time and showed in practice how the sovereignty of a country should be defended.

The statements stressed that the DPRK's ballistic rocket test-fire and H-bomb test were part of its self-defensive steps to protect the country and the people from the hostile forces' military blackmail and that the U.S. should be mindful that the DPRK has possessed not only delivery means but also nuclear weapons including modern H-bomb.

The All India Indo-Korean Friendship Association in its statement appealed to all countries around the world to demand that the U.S. stop its nuclear threat against the DPRK at once and replace the Armistice Agreement with a peace accord.
