Brisk Sci-tech Service for Persons with Disabilities
Pyongyang, September 11 (KCNA) -- The sci-tech service for the disabled is brisk at the Sci-Tech Complex in the DPRK.

The complex issues reader cards for the disabled so that they can get sci-tech service at the reading room without inconvenience.

It set up the state-run network for the disabled to give them all the data of various fields including education, culture and public health and tele-education of universities.

The complex also set up a questioning and answering program to render service to persons with disabilities at home.

It is setting up sign language videos and e-books on the homepage for the disabled in connection with the Grand People's Study House and the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled.

Kim Yong Il, an official of the complex, told KCNA that they would better the sci-tech service for the disabled, thus making them get benefit from the people-oriented policy of the socialist system.
