Present there were officials of the DPRK Red Cross Society, young RC volunteers and members of delegations of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross active in the DPRK and staff members of foreign embassies and international body missions here.

The theme of the event is "First aid at home".

At the end of the event its participants enjoyed an art performance given by young RC volunteers.
