Tani Baler Lopera, international secretary of the Communist Party of Peru "Red Motherland", said that the DPRK is demonstrating its dignity to the world as an independent power and invincible military power, envied by the world, thanks to President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, the most distinguished leaders.

He noted that the President was the greatest man, peerless politician and iron-willed brilliant commander as he founded the immortal Juche idea considering the popular masses as a driving force of history in the first period of his revolutionary struggle, led to victory the anti-Japanese armed struggle and the Fatherland Liberation War fought against the invasion of the U.S. imperialists, guided by the Juche idea, and built the DPRK as a genuine country of the people and socialist state of Juche.

He pointed out that the President worked heart and soul for national reunification in his lifetime.

He said that the President idea and cause were successfully carried forward by Kim Jong Il.

Today the DPRK is dynamically demonstrating the might as a nuclear power of Juche and ICBM state to the whole world under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, and the heroic Korean People's Army and people are filled with a do-or die resolution to win a final victory, he noted, adding:

No one on earth can match the strength of socialist Korea struggling, convinced of the victory of their cause, where the leader, party and masses are united in one mind.
