New Stamp Issued in DPRK

| Pyongyang, September 13 (KCNA) -- The State Stamp Bureau of the DPRK issued a new stamp (a sheet) on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the DPRK's entry into the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Seen on the sheet are letters "40th Anniversary of Joining the ICAO by the DPRK" written in Korean and English, the emblem of the ICAO and the Koryo airplane with the terminal of Pyongyang International Airport for a background. Since its entry into the ICAO on September 14, Juche 66 (1977), the DPRK has discharged its mission and duty as a member of the ICAO. The terminal of Pyongyang International Airport, which was splendidly built in recent years, shows the development of the air transport in the DPRK. |
