Ri Ryon Hwa, curator of the Songdowon Youth Open-Air Theatre, said:

It seems to hear the appeal of the respected Marshal calling upon us to perform greater miracles and innovations in the struggle to carry out the decisions of the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea in the spirit of Kangwon Province.
