Kim Ho Myong from Pyongyang took the first place.

Meanwhile, an exhibition of angling tackle inventions took place on the same day. More than 90 members of the provincial, city and county associations presented 2,370 angling tackles of 280 odd kinds.

Nampho City took the first place in the exhibition.
